Chiropractic Care
Safe and effective.
Chiropractic care is proven to be safe and effective, and has stood the test of time. Research supports its use for a variety of conditions, including headache, back and neck pain, as well as shoulder, arm, and leg pain. Adjustments may be associated with a “cracking” or “popping” sound. Contrary to popular belief, this is not caused by the bone, but by fluid shifting within the joint.
Relieve Pain
Chiropractic care helps relieve a variety of symptoms, pain, and discomfort.
Improve Sleep
Less pain means a more comfortable night of sleep and better sleep speeds healing time.
Increase Energy
Chiropractic care improves mobility and gives you more energy and stamina.
How it works.
Doctors of Chiropractic specialize in treating conditions of the spine and musculoskeletal system. We assess and treat the joints, muscles, bones, and nerves that allow us to function, move, bend, and accomplish daily tasks. When these systems aren’t working together, aren’t functioning efficiently, or become imbalanced, you might begin to experience warning signs or “symptoms.” When these warning signs are ignored, the body is able to compensate for a time. Far too often, however, acute problems are ignored and lead to degeneration, arthritis, pinched nerves, headaches and sciatica. Chiropractors are trained to recognize the structural and functional changes of the spine, and to treat the problem through non-invasive manual treatments known as adjustments or chiropractic manipulation. The goal of chiropractic care is to release joints that are restricted or malfunctioning. This process can be accomplished by hand, or with instrumentation.
